Stock Overview - MD04 vs MMBE

Hello Friends

200 Numbers quantity appearing in QM Lot in MD04 but same has not appearing in MMBE - Under Inspection lot.

What could be the reason?

Please explain how to sort out this?

Ensure that for the said material, Quality view is activated with the required inspection types. Also check via MB51 with what movement type, those stocks were posted.

200 numbers have come as 101 then thru 321 movement it is posted to UR stock

Dear Vijayakumar,

As you have mentioned that first GR has been done through 101 movement and then cleared from quality stock to un-restricted

stock using 321 movement for the 200 quantity,it means the QA lot has been cleared after performing the usage decision and

you cannot see the quantity under quality stock in MMBE.

So can you please refresh the details once again in MD04 and check whether still whether are you able to see the QA lot or

not.

Check and revert.

1. how many 321 movements are there for said material?

2. Inspection setup has been activated in Material Master, so inspection lot created but there is no inspection plan for the said material. this could be the reason.

3. Check thru' QP03, if it is not maintained, maintain thru' QP01.

Check that the display version in MMBE selection screen is ALL STOCKS

I have checked all stocks but there is no stock available in Quality Inspection.

by clciking on the lens you may bring up the additional data window. clcik on the spectacles icon to see details of materia document batch etc. use MB56 for batch where used to trace the material flow.
