Please I need yours help in crm system, when SICF transaction I choose CRM_SVY_SERVER or another service, in web page and do it test service, appear the next message:

I tried in language english, spanish and duchland, I review the sap note 433608, but the answer is not correct to my problem, I review the parameter icm/host_name_full, and put hostname.domain.com.co, then restart the system, and when try again, the wrong persist.

Please, help me about this topic.

Have you checked whether the HTTP protocol in transaction SMICM is active or not?

Hi,

publish the information in english. Those who do not speak spanish will never understand the message.

Additionally, the message does not tell anything. It just mentions that an error happened.

If you want specific help, then be more specific in your questions and the information that you make available.
