LSO upgrade Roles and Authorizations

Hi All,

We are upgrading Training and Event management to LSO only for R/3. In the course of analysis to find out the list of effected Roles and Authorization due to this upgrade, I found some SAP standard LSO roles which are using TEM transaction codes. for example the below ones.

SAP_HR_LSO_DEVELOPMANAGER

SAP_HR_LSO_FOLLOWUPADMIN

SAP_HR_LSO_HR-MANAGER

SAP_HR_LSO_MANAGER

SAP_HR_LSO_SPECIALIST

SAP_HR_LSO_TRAININGADMIN

SAP_HR_LSO_TRAININGMANAGER

How these SAP standard Roles will work in LSO system without replacing TEM T.codes with the LSO transaction codes? How this Roles can be modified to LSO compatible...like updating any patch level or through any program etc..?

Is LSO Harmonization helpful in this regard?
