Process Chain Failure due to previous request

Hi All,

I have a master data attribute chain which is failing at DTP for master data attributes. The error message is as under.

"Previous request (ID 21343) has status 'red'"

I have deleted this request from the master data DataSource (PSA) but still comes up with the same error.

I am assuming that this request ID is still available.

How can I see this request ID dependencies or its subsequent loads.

Hi,

Solution 1:

Check the request Id entries in the following tables in BI system

RSSDLINIT

RSSELDONE

If entries are found, delete the entries from the tables. Then the issue will be resolved.

Solution 2:

Suppose if you need the earlier request, then goto RSBKREQUEST table and make the request to green, then issue will be resolved

Hi,

this is due to you didn't make request red before deleting. you must do req red even if it red in the sence when it get fail.

go to moniter screen and give particular date of req make it red and load your req now.

Delete from target infoobject
