DTW error Ths entry aleady exists

I am using the DTW with ODBC option to copy the business parters to a new database. out of 1100 BP's 295 fail with the following error:

This entry already exists in the following tables (ODBC -2035)

I am using tables OCRD, CRD1, and OCPR

Busness PArtners

BP Address

BP Contact

I cheched these tables and there are no records

You may DTW 3 tables one by one to check.

I checked the three tables and the record does not exist.

Hi Dennis......

First try importing Data for OCRD and CRD1 table that is for BP master data and its address......

Once they get imported trhen try OCPR........

If only those 295 BP have errors, something is wrong with your data. I am afraid some of comma in the file cause the problem. What file format had you used?

I am trying to update shipping addresses(1050 addresses) on 1 customer and keep receiving the same error. However, when I tried with only 5 rows, it succeed. My system specs: SAP 9.0 PL08, SQL 2008 on OS Win 2008. I'm totally confused,please advise.

the particular customer may have existing address with similar address name.
