Config of Receiver SOAP Adapter for Asynchronous Service Interface scenario

Former Member

Hi All,

I have a scenario

SAP ECC To PI To SAP MII

.

I am thinking of using SOAP Adapter as my Receiver Adapter,

I just want to ask if there is any difference in the way of configuring the SOAP Adapter for Asynchronous Service Interface Scenario i.e where I dont need to wait for any response from my receiver.

Please help me with this.

Thanks and Regards,

NehaSingh

Also, I see That Quality Of Service can be mentioned when I am using SOAP Adapter as Sender, this option is not visible while configuring it as Receiver.

Please Help with this

yes...there is no difference apart from what Raja has already suggested..means you have to create async service interface....

You can create async target service interface as suggested above. Plus follow this [link |http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/weblogs?blog=/pub/wlg/23745] [original link is broken] [original link is broken] [original link is broken];for ignoring synchronous response.

Your requirement is async to sync and the above link elaborates the same requirement.

Provide web service URL in SOAP Adapter and define service interface type async with target message.
