Supplier XXXX not intended for purch. org

Dear Experts

I am working on extended classic scenario in SRM 7.0,

Issue : Getting this error while creating limit shopping cart by purchaser :

*Supplier 0031000006 not intended for purch. org."

while this supplier is properly maintained in ECC and SRM(BP) for the intended purchasing organisation.

Strange thing is that there is no error i am getting while creating Catalog Shopping Cart.

what is the issue exactly with limit shopping cart.

I tried limit PO creation from backend (MM). It was also fine.

1536596 Wrong backend purchasing data determined
