BW query authorization error

Hi all !

I am getting below error in one of the BW query.

"Your user master record is not sufficiently maintained for object Department".

below steps are already implemented:

- Department info. obj. is authorization relevant.

- Authorization object in RSSM is available pointing to above info. obj.

- Value * is maintained for this authorization obj.

- In query, department is restricted with authorization variable (multiple single values)

- Role is available and included with above auth. obj

- from PFCG i have done "Complete User Comparison" and tab is green.

- profile is generated for this role. (however when i generate the profile again, it shows profile generated message at bottom, but from menu it is showing profile not generated)

Please suggest the solution !!

Hi,

Looking at the error i feel that it is not referring to your department object but it is also referrring to User master record object.

Just see if there is any user name object added as an attribute for your department object?
