CK11 run for FG without GR of new RM

Dear All,

As a process of standard cost estimate run for FG/SFG, we are using CK11 tcode.

System is taking all the components moving average price (MAP) and the other costs like production etc.

But now we are having the new components created and the MAP is 0.01 INR at the time of creation.

Now we have created PO for those components, but we didn't make any GR, so MAP has not been updated for the new components.

If do the cost run for FG, system is showing only 0.01 INR for those components as we didn't make GRN for those components.

If we want the price of the component has to pick from the PO / Inforecord for CK11, what we need to do?

Is there any settings in pricing procedure/ any where is costing module?

Maintain the expected MAP with MR21 transaction.

Thanks for your reply.

But, we have always new materials every month (count will be in 1000's). So it is difficult to update it through MR21 for each cost run.

Is there any other way to get the actual value (accessable vale) directly from PO/ Pur.info record without updating the MAP in material master for those material with MAP in material master is 0.01.

Please suggest me.
