Confirmation: Account ***** requires an assignment to a CO object

Dear all experts,

I am trying to do confirmation for my production order in CO11N. However, i have received this error meesage when i am trying to save / post.

"*Account ***** requires an assignment to a CO object*"

Message no. KI248

• = secondary cost element

Base on my understanding, Secondary cost element will not assign to CP Object.

Is there any solution ?

Problem solved with I/O that accidentally change posting to Production Order to Statistical I/O, that is why the posting to Production Orders is changed to statistical cost object

Hi

Go to OKB9.

Enter your company code.

Select any cost element and check Profit center associated with it..

Use that profit center in MM

and re-execute confirmation.

Check with your FI-CO consultant regarding the Co assignement in OKB9 for your cost element
