Reg..Match the system stock and physical stock

Hi Friends

I want to remove all stocks from sap system and i have to upload new stocks for all materials.my client is not updating any stocks in system last 6 months now we are planning to run MRP so before that i have to balance physical stock and system stock. if i use MI01,MI04,MI07 it takes long time.now lot of difference is there in system stock

so i want to delete all stocks in system and i upload the stocks to system there are 2000 materials are there. so pl guide me

Do one thing just send all material to scrap and again upload.

for Scraping You can use 551 Mov. Type

again Uploading 561 Mov. Type.

You can do it via lsmw and using movement type 551, then you can use 561 to load.

You can use MI10 for making stock nill and then upload the actual stock as per the physical stock.

How to upload in mass material in MI10.

Is there is any way to achieve this?

The batch input equivalent to MI10 is MI40.

Hi,

In MI10 you can make the stock zero by clicking on Zero checkbox in the input screen.For multiple maintainance please use BDC or LSMW for the same.
