How to Capture Partial Attendance of Training Program?

Hello Everyone,

We are looking for solution to following requirement:

In case there is a 2 day or any other multiple day training program, and the booked employee attends only on the 1st day and doesnt turn up on the second day, how will the Training Coordinator update his/her attendancec such that he is shown as present on the 1st day and absent on the 2nd day. Also once the same is maintained in SAP backend, the same should get

reflected in the Time & Attendance Module accordingly.

Kindly suggest any solution for this.

you may want to try CATS, and then you will need a specific attendance subtype of course, reflection in time mgmt happens based on your cats config and further $$ requirements if any could be taken care of in time eval+payroll.

Hi Manjinder,

You have to integrate Training and event management module with Time managment module. Kindly check the value maintained in swtich SEMIN TIMEP in table T77S0. the value you store in SEMIN TIMEP indicates "Minimum percentage attendance" required to consider attendance for an event.

Whenever you book any employee then Training Attendance record gets created in infotype 2002. As you want to store absent record also then you can maintain 1%. Training administrator can delete attendance record from attendance infotype on which employee doesnt turn up, system will retain other day attendance record.
