Transporter details before or at the time of GR.

How is it possible to enter the details of transporter name (Key),transporter contract details ,truck nos ,route details etc before or at the time of good receipt.

kindly suggest.

You can update any time in the shipment using VT02N. If you are using the shipment cost in the shipment, then you have to enter before PGR.

Hi,

Prio you post GR against your inbound delivery, you can run t-code VL32N and display your inbound delivery and select GOTO> HEADER> TEXTS> you should see a open text mainly for transpotation.

Or you can run shipment change VT02N, at your item level there is a field for text, you can use that field.
