DTW Special Prices

Hi!

I need to import Special prices through DTW. I already look to existing thread regarding this but none of them solve my problem.

I cannot access Note 928625; Document not released.

I am using SAP 8.8 PL 15. I'm trying to add and update existing period and volume discount with no specific business partner.
