Internal Error (-47) occured [message 131-183]

I received the above error when attempting to load Excel data in the Import/Export module for ITEMS from 1 company to another.

Am I missing something?

Hi,

It could be caused by many things. Are these two companies share the same configurations?

The 1st company is in the process of being set up. The 1st is US based & the 2nd is Canadian. I am importing inventory items... about 300 of them.

If the configurations have to be the same, other than the country selection, I can afford to set them the same & then after the import switch it back. Is that possible?

No. You can't change country. Only new db can select.

Post a sample of your data to check.

Is it possible to just import the Item Number & Item Description? Or do I have to import all the fields that are available for drop down on the Data Import/Export>Data Import>Import from Excel screen?

You don't need to import everything. First try minimum fields by few items to see.
