iPad issue

Hello,

I uploaded a Webi report and created a dashboard in "bi on demand". When I login with Internet Explorer in my desktop computer I can see all the objects and visualizations. The issue comes when I login with "Business Objects Explorer" in my iPad... The screen shows 0 items in "My stuff" and "Shared with me" also. I assumed that is not a connection issue because I can see the demo correctly.

Does somebody know what's could happening?

Pepe, "Business Objects Explorer" in iPad only shows the Datasets uploaded so far. It doesn't show WebI,Crystal Reports and Visualizations. Do you mind trying uploading/creating dataset, then check the list in iPad app again?

Hi!

I had the same problem. I had the small icon "disconnected" at the bottom right of the SBO Explorer main page

I solved it by uninstalling the app and reinstall it. 😕 Then it asked me to enter my credentials and it worked fine.

I'm not confident to make a demo to a client anymore... somebody knows what happened?
