It is unclear what 'material' you want. Certainly the second link (SCM online help) contains more information than any normal human could absorb in a lifetime.

If you prefer something printed on paper, try SAP Press SCM

Also, the SAP Knowledge Shop can supply DVDs with the entire contents of SCM online help.
