Efforts to Integration between Enterprise Portal and CRM 7.0 WebChannel

Hello gurus.

Our customer is implementing SAP Enterprise Portals with SAP CRM 7.0 WebChannel.

I´d like to know, what are the efforts to publish the SAP CRM 7.0 WebChannel (BSP page) into SAP Enterprise Portal.

If anyone has some experience, I´d appreciate.

Hello Alexandre,

In order for your client to use the SAP Enterprise portal for publishing your CRM application, there are some standard things that need to be carried out.

1) Install the CRM Business Package on your Portal server

2) Configure SSO between Portal and your CRM server

3) Create the custom iViews/Pages/Worksets/Roles using the CRM BSP Applications

Most of the above tasks are pretty standard for any application integration on to SAP Portal. For CRM Specific integration have a look at the following SAP Help documentation. It might be of some help.
