Assigning Person responsible to WBS

Hello Gurus,

I need some help...

we have a project with 4 billable resources assigned. I need to make the person responsible for each wbs with different person responsible like X for 3 elements and Y for one element..When i save and check again in CJ20N, the all 4 elements are showing with the X . I am unable to find the personal respons Y.

(When I change it a lever 2 or 3 it defaults back to the original). I need to have flexibility on this.

Please advise how to do.

better to check in project profile is there any substitution is active or not.. You may find one in OPSN but not necessary to activate it. Please check in OPSA ...

Substitution is not required then remove it from the project profile (in OPSA)

Check the tranction OPSN ....If is there any substitution rule maintain or not.....If it is not maintain .please maintain it....hope it wont come....

As Virendra has pointed out, it is very much possible in standard SAP. In transaction OPSN check if there is any substitution in place that is causing this to happen.

In Std SAP it is possible

Obviously in your case there is some substitution rule in place which is replacing the manual entries on exit
