setting one time charges in sales order pricing

Hi all,

In sales order pricing, i need to create a onetime handling charge to the order if the total sales amt is less than , say , $200.

I would like this onetime charge to be populated in the order.

Usually a charge is prorated among the line items. Is it possible not to prorate the charges over multiple line items ?

Can it be put into one line item only ? However, if that line item is deleted, then the handling charge is lost.

How could i go about setting this onetime handling charges in a sales order with multiple lines ? Can i avoid prorating

the charges over line items ?

Hi,

Make the Condition type as a header condition and this should solve your issue. By making it headre condition, you are makign the same independet of the items

Hi,

Make this handling charges condition as header condition and maintain it at header level,so it will be applicable for whole sales order

Go to V/06 >> Detail view of condition >> tick mark to HEADER CONDITION

HI Kapil,

If i make this as header condition, say, say the handling charge is $10. I would see $10 at header level only.

I think this may be fine. The total cost at header level and line level will be different.
