You need to base entitlement option which is straight forward and fits your requirement

IMG->Time Management->Time Data Recording and Administration->Managing Time Accounts Using Attendance/Absence Quotas>Calculating Absence Entitlements>Rules for Generating Absence Quotas-->Set Base Entitlements.

What you saw from the above replies is setting up the Base Entitlement and within that you can specify the Constant value.

Second option is setting up the Base entitlement as a Time Type and then during Time Evaluation, check for the Seniority date. Seniority date can be obtained from IT0041 (if you are using this infotype/date combination)

Based on the date from IT0041, you can determine the seniority (HRS=Yxxxxx) and take necessary steps.

Good Luck.

Maybe U can goto:

IMG->Time Management->Time Data Recording and Administration->Managing Time Accounts Using Attendance/Absence Quotas>Calculating Absence Entitlements>Rules for Generating Absence Quotas-->Set Base Entitlements.

Hi,

This can be achieved in base entitlement rule where there is a field you can mention the seniority from and to years and in constant field you can mention number of days.

You need to mention base entitle for each criteria/you can create a sequence rule in base entitlement by mentioning the sequence nos for base entitlement.

So when the quota is getting generated it checks the conditions first and then the quota will get generated.

Let us know incase you require more clarification on this.

You can search the forum or look in SAP help on how to configure the selection rules, base entitlements for time quotas. The standard configuration has the option of selecting the entitlements based on seniority. Or go to table V_T559L and perform the appropriate steps for configuring the selection rules based on ESG, PSG and the quota type.

Good Luck.

Raj.
