That's the hard part. Both are successful.

Transfer of 30kb 5msec

Both LCRSAPRFC and SAPSLPAPI are fine

Ok.

goto SLDAPICUST and check whether the SLD host is registered and user and password properly setted.

check in RZ70 if the SLD host is setted

also see

First of all, thanks a lot for your help

I checked in SLDAPICUST

We have only one SLD in the landscape. So the LDUSER has hostname of that dev and also port number as that of Dev.

What should I test in RZ70?

Check the SLDAPICUST transaction ( then test SAPSLDRFC destination on SM59) and the SLD Data Provider on the NWA/Visual Administrator.

PS: Since the SLD connection is working (from SLDCHECK outcome), check the business system. If this is a central XI instance, check OSS note #764176. Otherwise, just check if there is one Adapter Engine technical system for the de-central adapter engine on the SLD (and check the related Business System for the Pipeline URL).

- Please refer to the OSS note below for more information about fixing the SLDCHECK transaction.

HI Harish,

Plesase check if the user used in SLDAPICUST id locked? Try changing the user and password in SLDAPICUST and check TCODE: SLDCHECK again.

Thanks,

Naveen.

Harish,

i copy and paste what i sugguest in your other thread about your error

the user for transaction SLDAPICUST is piappluser. check whether the user is locked.

if not, delete the password, save the changes and put it again.

this should splve your issue.

Hi,

Please check if the user ID "SLDAPICUST" is locked.

We have faced the same issue and got to know that this ID was locked.

Once the user was unlocked, SLDCHECK was in green and the issue was resolved.

Hi,

In SLDAPICUST delete the SLD user password and reenter and save.

Make sure the SLD user was not locked.

Thanks,

Deepthi

Hi Rodrigo

I am in SU01. I go to Roles tab. I don't see anything PIAPPLUSER. There are so many starting with SAP_ but certainly not this one. Thanks for being so patient

Harish

PIAPPLUSER is a user, not a role. this user as others one are created during instalation time.

this user has to be defined in transaction SLDAPICUST by a basis guy when configure the pi server.

Hi Rodrigo,

I go to SU01. Type PIAPPLUSER under User and click Display. Now when I go to Roles tab, then I can see SAP_XI_APPL_SERV_USER listed there. I guess that's fine. Now where do I check if its locked or not?

Harish

HI Harish,

Go to TCODE SU01 and type your user name : PIAPPLUSER and then click on lock/unlock ICON so that you would be able to check if your user is locked or not.

Thanks,

Naveen

Thanks Rodrigo, Naveen

The problem was with LDUSER, it was locked.

Now SLDCHECK and SLDAPICUST are both working fine.

Thanks a lot guys for the priceless suggestions
