Paid premium every two weeks requirement
We have a premium requirement that is to pay a premium on worked days only on shift premium week. The employees work on a work schedule that has the shift premium every two weeks. E.g. a week with premium, a week without premium, etc.
The employees are negative in payroll. On absence days, the premium should not be paid. The premium is a percentage of the weekly rate.
We could reduce the premium with the absence wage types but how can we know when we are on a premium week?
We don't run time evaluation for these employees. (With time evaluation it would be easy to meet this requirement).
can we use time operations in payroll schema? Any solution ideas?
