Hi,
Please check the following settings:
1) Cutoff val. key
Tr. AFAMA
-> enter depr. key
-> press details (or double click)
-> Her you can see "Cutoff val. key" for example XY 5% Scrap Value
Tr. ANHAL:
Cutoff Value Keys: (for example XY) 5% Scrap Value
-> press Levels
-> Here you can see 5.000 %
Please read the F1-Help Text:
Cutoff percentage rate
Using the cut-off percentage, you can control how high the cut-off value
or scrap value should be for an asset.
The cut-off percentage multiplied by the acquisition value produces the
cut-off value or scrap value.
2. Tr. OAYI you have the memo values
3. Scrap value in the depr. area

Dear Bernhard,
Thanks for your reply.
Below given cuttoff setting is done and memo value and scrap values are not defined in asset config and master.
In the Cutoff Val. Key, I can configure the .5% scrap value should be left once LVA fully depreciate as per our client requirement and this is working fine for current year LVA.
While generating the report s_alr_*** it recalculates the assets which are fully depreciated assets and throws the error for only those assets.
Can you please help me to remove this error.
Thanks MD.
It resolved.
The changes have been done in the depreciation key.
"excluding the scrap value" is selected in drop down.
