Massive Clearing of a GL account

Hello all,

I would like to ask you if its possible to massively clear items in 1 account for closed period?

In FS10 Balance display we have in March debit amout 634,887,686.55 BRL and exact credti amnout 634,887,686.55 BRL

can this be cleared somehow?

Hi

If there is no change in the balances as of today also, you can select the posted items till 31st March and do F-03 to clear the items with a posting date of clearing document as of today. else you have to open the period and clear as of 31 march

thanks - but the problem is that in April and May there are different balances as well

So there would be no solution but open an closed period? This is not possible as you cna understand... so do you please have another idea/

Hi

I have already suggested to you that let the posting date of clearing document be of today. In your open item selection, select open items till the posting date 31 march. System will display only the open items posted till 31 march. as you say the debit and credit balances are equal, select all the open items and clear them off through F-03
