Change not allowed for dates outside fiscal year - Medical allowance

Hi ,

I am trying to create 582 subtype MED for 01.04.2011.

I hired one person for testing on 01.04.2010, than executed payroll up to 30/03/2011. Than i went PA 30 trying to create 582 sub type MED its coming ERROR "Change not allowed for dates outside fiscal year,

Message no. HRPADIN01065"

How to create 582 infotype .guide please guide me .

Since the control record now refer to the FY 2011 system will not allow you to make change for the FY 2010 as the payroll is already executed and hence the error. If you are doing this in live/ production system then even if you will maintain it, it will not make any impact as March payroll is plready executed. But if your are testing it Quality box then change the control record for the employee payroll area so that it refers to FY 2010.

Tax related Infotypes will check the current financial year that in payroll control record.

For example if the current period as per your payroll control record is 2010 then there will be errors while maintaining infotypes in 2011

There is overlapping of Years please check the error carefully analyse
