IP lock conflict


Sometimes we have a situation that the IP lock exists in SM12 while the user already not using the application. It happens when in several situations (user closes the report not in appropriate way, connection error, PC crash and so on).

It prevents from other users to work, so we enter the manually remove the stuck session from SM04.

Is there a solution for that kind of problem ?
