Dear All,

Plz. anybody tell me, I want to prepare Time Management questionnaire and Standatd as is document for system configuration. what are all the questions to be asked to client.

Hi,

To add more on above reply,

Positive time or Negative Time. with or without time evaluation. How many PSA whether all have same type of work schedules, quotas and time management aspects.

Holiday Calendar: Query on Holiday characteristics like, floating holiday, distance to Easter, Movable holiday, Etc.

Holiday class:

Day type: whether particular holiday is paid, unpaid.

Breaks: Variable breaks, fixed breaks, dynamic breaks or overtime breaks.

Daily work schedule: start and end time, core timing.

Period work schedule: rotating shift - how many weeks, daily work schedule for 2nd week. , normal shift

Quota: How many Quotas, Base entitlements, how it has to get deducted?

when it has to get accrued. is there any condition for getting accrued.

How they want to generate the Quota manually or through report.

Please let us know incase you require any further clarification.

Hi,

No specific format of questions but few are:

- Countrywise what holidays they follow, list of holidays with date and year?

- Their weekly work planning, working days, weekly off, shift patterns, daily working time, breaks (paid/undpaid) etc?

- Countrywise list of absenses, Quota to be given to employees, Deduction procedure, application and approval process, authorisation etc?

- How absence quota required to be generated and deducted?

- Any other process in employee time management they follow such as compensation of remaining annual leave, carry over of leaves etc?

- How to book time in current system/process of booking time?
