Hello Ahamed,

Enterprise will always need to authenticate a request for a report. If you don't have Single Sign on set up, or if you don't create a Logon token your users will be prompted for their Enterprise credentials. Here are your options:

1. You can sent up Single Signon for your Enterprise system and then the URL should "pass through" without additional prompting. For information on setting up Single Signon you can search for specific KB articles, submit a question to the SAP BusinessObjects forum, or create a support incident for the Business Intelligence Authentication team though the Service Marketplace.

2. You can create a logon token and pass the token via the URL. This will keep the Logon prompt from being shown. To create a token using the Enterprise .NET SDK you can use the information in KB [1201982 - How to create a logon token using the .NET SDK for use in OpenDocument|https://bosap-support.wdf.sap.corp/sap/support/notes/1201982]. Note that you'll probably need to be logged into your SAP Service Marketplace (SMP) account in order to view this KBase article.

The KB article also has links to documents that show how to create URL Reporting and OpenDocument links.

Sincerely,

Hi Daniel,

Thanks for directing to the right SAP Note # 1201982.

We are able to create a logon token and direct the users to SAP-BO reports from SAP-EP. We have

restricted the logon screen and able to view our reports directly using the "Open Document" approach.

Regards

Ahamed
