Restrict Sales Log In Per BP

Hi All,

Is it possible to restrict sales log ins so that every sales person will get to work on only certain number of customers for which he is responsible.

No it is not possible in standard. But if you want you can get it done through SDK customization........

Hi Rahul,

By assigning a sales employee in master, can i capture the user log in and compare sales employee through FMS or SP_TRANSACTION in sales order.

I.e

Customer

A

Sales Employee

B

Logged In User

B

If logged in user = 'B' and Sales employee = 'B' for Selected customer in sales order ('A') then

allow

else

disallow

endif

some kind of workaround.

It can be done by some work Around :

There is a option in BP Master , to attach the default Sale Employee .

Select the desired Sale Employee in the BP Masters General TAB.

Now you can Create a Transaction Notification to restrict the user and sale employee as desired.

Hi,

We want our sales people to work only on the customers whom they are responsible for.

That is if sales person A has been assigned following Customers

X , Y and Z

then in sales order he sholud be able to get only these many customers as open.
