Hi,
If we want to promoto this stuff to one of our client and wants to implement the following feature as shown in this demo

BUt in this demo itself mentioned these does not come out of box with SAP CRM 7.0.
If we want to implement and integrate with SAP CRM, how should we need to proceed.
Is there any patches or service packs need to be downloaded or anything else need to be done.......is this involve separate license fee??
I searched, there is no more information other than these two demo.
Any information is appreciated.

can you guide me for SAP CRM...
am willing to learn SAP CRM module but i don't have any idea about it....
I think this is delivered with EHP1 for crm 7.0, but I can't assure you that this is true.
Sorry, I don't think it is available with EHP1 as well.
We have SAP CRM EHP1, I dont know where to begin for this feature. could anyone let me know how to proceed with this?
