DYNAMIC LIMITS

Hello Experts,

I have a requirement where the Limits in the CRA needs to be calculated dynamically. For instance the Limit for Equity should be 25% of the Total Market Value of the Investment, 10% in Money Market of the total market value of investments etc.,

In TBL1, SAP Standard is to define limits in absolute amount say like 2 million for each combination of required characteristics.

Can Limits be set on percentage basis? If so then what are the settings that need to be done.

Dear Vas,

Such a functionality doesn't exist in the limit management system. However; for reporting purpose/decision purpose, there is a report which could be run to see such limits. There is a customizing activity also for setting up such limits.

This functionality is called as Relative Limits. However; this will not stop you from creating deals as this is a post deal creation activity.
