No change log for new entries in FS items of a FS version

Hi,

Auditors are requesting a change log of new entries included in FS items of Financial statement versions. For OB58 it's possible to

generate a change log but it only includes changes to Financial statement versions like a change of description of the FS version. Butif a new G/L account is created, auditors are requesting to know in which FS item of the FS version was included.

Do you know if exist a change log for this? or Do you know in which table(s) can be found the accounts assigned to FS items?

Dear:

FSV is located in a structure RFGBST not in any table. This is created on run time since system calculates value on run time as soon as FS is executed. Log for GL change can be seen through FS04 but i don't think so that there is any log available for when was GL mapped in FS.

Hi,

The system will give all the change logs, but to my understanding its not giving the changes for your because in FS you will always give the Range of GL accounts covering all the COA.

So whenever a new GL is created it is already been assigned in some range and its not a change.
