MRNB - Reavalution for Delivery Cost

I would like to know if is possible use MRNB transaction to reavalution delivery cost in PO.

My question is , if there are any way reavalution for delivery cost, mrbl is just for material not to planned delivery cost isn't is?

MRNB transaction was used to revaluate the price for a particular goods receipt.

Eg: PO price $10

After goods receipt, the supplier said $15, you can revaluate the GR for a particular date to reflect the new price.

Prerequisites:

Vendor master must be updated to allow revaluation in the purcahsing view.

Change the PO Price.
