Dear SAP Gurus,
We are planning on performing an Enhancement Package 4 installation in our SAP ECC 60. First we will do it in our Sandbox System, then Developement system, Quality system and finally Production.
Do you guys know if there is a way to avoid doing all those EHP installation in each system, and instead transporting them?
I have read on SAP EHP documentation something like "Transport Management synchronizes deployment to production" and I wanted to see if anybody have heard about it.
Thanks in advance,
Marc

This is like installing Microsoft Office on one PC and then trying to "copy" this to another PC - this will not work.
You do this several times on different systems before the actual production upgrade to eleminate problems that you find out. If you're sure that you're done with just one upgrade on a test system you can go, as proposed, directly to production.
We usually do EHP installations and upgrades on ERP at least 4 times on different systems before we touch production.

Hi,
No, its not possible to transport EHP's, you have to do it on each system.
You can save upgrade on quality system, as you can restore production backup after production upgrade on quality system.
Thanks
