Printing Problem

Hello Experts,

Greetings.

Since last three days I have been experincing a problem whereby sap does generates the spool no but it does not generated the spool printing message.As a result it fails to print completely.

If we restart the server,again it start printing normally.But it only works for sometimes.Agains we have to go through that restarting process.

I m faild to understand what it could be the problem.

Any help would be highly appriciated.

Did you check ST22 for possible dumps? Or the syslog (SM21)?

If you're on Windows also check your event log.
