Form 16 - challan number

Dear Gurus,

While running the form 16 PC00_m40_f16, the challan number is not appearing under the head summary of tax deducted at source for the employees who's tax is zero.

Is there a way to get the challan numbers and the amount paid to be displayed as zero?!

Have you mapped zero tax record via challan mapping. You need to mapped these records first. Check BAdI HR_IN_F24Q_TAX_CHECK. CHeck the IMG as may be BAdI name vary lil bit (i don't remember it exactly). You need to activate this BAdI if you want to map the zero tax records.
