Date of Birth field in IT0002 for Phillipines

I tried activating Date of Birth field in Module pool mp000200 for Phillipines. But Date of Birth filed does not have the radio buttons to select to make it optional or hide etc..

Has anyone encountered this problem? Please let me know if this is standard or there is nay way to make the radio buttons available.

If you are not getting those radio button in view V_T588M for Phillipines then this will be standard only as by default system will consider the standard screen only.
