In our BW7.0 system I have several roles and each role has some report published to it.
For example for our finance department I have 3 roles. In each rol I use a menu and a submenu to add the corresponding reports.
In the SAP GUI it is possible to condense menu's based on the same name.
(Using table SSM_CUST entry CONDENSE_MENU=YES)
In the BEx Analyzer this isn't working.
I illustrate with an example.
ROLE1 --> MENU1 --> MENU2 --> REPORT1
ROLE2 --> MENU1 --> MENU3 --> REPORT2
IN SAP GUI, Easy Access Menu (here is MENU1 condensed)
MENU1
--> MENU2 --> REPORT1
--> MENU3 --> REPORT2
In BEx Analyzer (here is MENU1 not condensed)
MENU1
--> MENU2 --> REPORT1
MENU1
--> MENU2 --> REPORT2
I would also like to see MENU1 condensed in the BEx Analyzer.
Anyone knows if this is possible?
