Usage of several process orders for CO-products

Dear All,

We gonna use CO-products. We have PP-PI and process orders.

Will be there any issues if we make CO-products receipt from several process orders?

I mean we open new process order and perform CO-products receipt from this process order each day.

I heard that SAP doesn't recommend to use several process orders for CO-products.

But it sounds a bit rared.

Is that true?

Hello Kamila;

There is no problem you use co-product in PP-PI, since you set very well these co-products in details BOM, Master Data of material in the father and his co-products (MRP2), as well as create the correct Joint Production. More information in the documentation below:
