Is there any way to generate PO automatically on monthly basis to a certain period?

Please suggest.....

Hi,

In new version of SAP 8.81 there is functionality of generate recurring document.

Please check.

Hi Kaleeswaran.....

Such functionality is present in SAP 8.81 known as Recurring Postings.

Here you can set the recurrence of the marketing documents as per period and you get pop up at its maturity time and you have to only execute that document......

Yes. It applies to all Marketing Documents. You just need to setup:

u2022 Document type

u2022 Recurrence frequency

u2022 Execution date

u2022 Recurrence duration
