T-code IP19

Dear All,

I have some below doubts for t-code IP19-

1. Can we run this report in background? I have tried to do so but job status is always showing as only active

not finished status even though it was run for long time.No data is displaying.While in foreground

for same input parameters,ouput data is coming .Please clarify.

2. Can we export the output data of t-code IP19 to excel sheet?

3. What is use of "save" button in output of t-code IP19?

4.What is meaning of maintenance plan simulation?

5.Can we change the maintenance plan planned date in IP19 ? If yes,how?

Please clarify my above all doubts.Thanks in advance.

Hi,

You can export the Output to excel. Go to List => Export => Spread sheet. In the pop up window, select Excel option.

You can change the particular call date by clicking Fix Call up.

If you want to change even subsequent calls, then click Subsequent Calls.

I am hving the similar issue...but as suggested by u .. i am now on ip19.. and simulated the maintenance plan. and now can see the graphical overview scheduling window. i can't see the option LIST. whre to see tht...

Hi,

In selection screen, go with the option of tabular or tabluar with navigation tree display. There you can find the menu.

Thanks for your response.However, I was looking all these requirement in graphical form, not in tabular form.

Is it possible to do so in graphical form?
