How to show unique data records

Dear All,

In my report we have to show number of unique documents, where we have a flag called appointment rate ="Y".

Currently in Bex we are calculating it as :

We have created a selection in which Keyfigure number of records(1rowcount) is restricted on appointment rate="y"

but then we are having more than 1 'Y's for each document number , hence for every record its showing more than 1 count.

Please suggest me how can we achieve to show total number of unique document if appointment rate="y"

Thanks & Best Regards,

Dolly

Hello,

You can archieve this with exception aggregation.

Pls create a new formula (=yourselection) a then use exception aggregation - document number and select first value.
