Dear SAP PP Experts,
I am using REM scenario, After MRP run and Assigning orders to prd ver. by MF50, we are running MF27 which firms all planned orders and also make them available for info-structure S225 (for Tcode MCP6).
My problem is,
Created Planned order for 300 PCS by MRP : MCP6 report shows Order QTY 300
Confirmed 200 PCS out of 300 : MCP6 shows order qty 300 , GR qty 200
After running MF27 (anyone run to firm there manual order or any one changed there order QTY)
In MCP6 GR QTY is 200 Order QTY is 100 (300 - 200=100)
How it possible when our planned order is of 300 Pcs ?
When i am doing full qty confirmation then report is coming right but in case of partial cnf and MF27 run i am seeing this problem.
Please help,
Thanks & Regards,
Ashutosh
HI
You need to run MF27 after running MRP then assign order qty to Pv in MF50- and then do MFBF and then check MCP6 .
also check in REM profile configuration in OSP2 whther you have selected reduce planned order in control data 2.
also check whether you have selected creating planned order when reversing in REM profile.

Dear sir,
Thanks for reply,
in REM profile configuration, control data 2, it is selected to reduce planned order (all are ticked)
Also selected creating planned order when reversing in REM profile .
Please let me know whether i have to dis-select it ?
Please tell me further steps .

Ashutosh
Dear sir,
actually in my company, users are creating manual planned orders by MD11 and MF50 and also changing its QTY after that they run MF27 so that it can be seen in Table S225. so there is not any control in frequency of MF27.
Please let me know If after implementing the given solution this problem get solved in case we are again running MF27 for multiple time before next MRP run ?
Is there any other method to update this table ?
Thanks & Regards,
Ashutosh
Thanks
