Passed exam but certificate not received yet

I passed C_BOWI_30 exam in late February 2011 but have not received any certificate from SAP yet. When will they send me original certificate. My information are as below:

SAP ID : SAP0016758

APPT NO: 238937351

Status: Passed

Will appreciate your help.

Hi

Normally It will take 2~3 months to receive the certificate from SAP.
