if i use delta initiliazation ,is it compulsory to load full update in order acess full records ?

If the data is already loaded or not needed then you can Initialize without data transfer.
If data is not loaded and you need the data then you can use initialise with data transfer.

Its not compulsory if you dont want to. The next delta load will simply bring in New/Change Records from the Time of initialization.
