How to Block Vendor for Particular Part

I suppose you mean block a vendor for a particular material. Then block from Q-Info record

How to Block Particular Vendor for all Part

Again, I suppose you want to block a vendor for all materials. Then either block from vendor master record or use block function for all Q-info record of that particular vendor.
