Hi all,
We are using ECC6.0 (source) to SRM 7.0 Release 701 (target) HR Intergration via HRMD_ABA iDocs. Everyday we get significant numbers of HRMD_ABA iDocs that fail with Status 52. These are never reprocessed. The result is that the entries created in the SRM Client Table HRP1001 have unmade relationships, particularly between Object Types CP and S.
We have run Transaction BBP_BP_OM_INTEGRATE in the SRM Client to identify the inconsistencies for a problem CP and received the following messages:
Determination of connections to object 'S' of 'CP' '00015943' failed
Determination of connections to object 'O' of 'S' '55035494' failed
We have executed BBP_BP_OM_INTEGRATE to synchronize / repair the Objects but this does not work.
My questions are:
[] Can we use Transaction PPOMA_BBP to repair the inconsistencies and create the Object Type relationships in SRM?
[] Are there any risks in doing this?
Your guidance and advice would be invaluable.
Many thanks,
Fred
Fred,
Once HR ALE is ON you should not change users in PPOMA_BBP as it will lead to more Idoc errors during delta load. Your errors could be possible because of one of the following reasons:
1. User is not active in the period
2. Relation does not exist in ERP system for the user and org unit
3. Address not maintained for the user in ERP system.
Check above info and correct the data in ERP system and re-replicate the data.
Thanks,
Jagadish
