Budget Exceeding error not appearing

Hello,

Please find below details:

Created Order number with Ko01 with Stastical Order checked in Control data

Assign budget in KO22

Create Asset with As01 & Assign the order number in Origin tab

Create the Balance sheet cost element with Category 90

Now I am creating the PR where I am providing the amount which is exceeding the budget for the year but unable to get the error message. The error should appear in case budget has been exceeded.

Please suggest.

for the Budget availability control, need to put the check for it in t-code KO31 for the particular internal order.......

Hi,

Please, verify that commitment management is switched for the controlling area (OKKP) and in this order type (KOT2_OPA).
