some sales order in bing procced how i want to close in sap

we have list of order and i want to close it those order bin proceed.for example a sales order is created 100 quantity and in which 90 quantity in delivered and know i want to close this order and reaming 10 quantity is show restrict so please give me advice how we close these order and it show balance quantity show 0.

hi,

In sale order 90 qty is putting invoice for reasonable .remaining 10 qty is create one sale order reason for rejection 10 qty,

the sale order will be automatically closed.

Hi,

Go to VA05N in selection criteria select "open sales order" system will display the list of open sales order and Then for each sales order line item maintain "reason for rejection" in sales A tab and save.the order will be closed.

Alternatively you can write a LSMW to close the sales order in mass with the help of an abaper.

Put reason for rejection at item leve for 10 quantity, system will complete the sales order.
